Admission Policy
Quantum Schooling System is committed to providing a secure, disciplined, and academically enriching environment for all students. Our admissions are merit-based, transparent, and equal for all applicants.
1. Admission Availability for 2026–2027
- Admissions are open for boys and girls from Nursery to Grade 2.
- From Grade 3 to Grade 5, admissions are open for girls only.
- Higher grades will be announced based on seat availability and campus expansion.
2. Registration
Parents/guardians must fill out the registration form online or visit the campus to complete the admission process.
3. Admission Procedure
Step 1: Registration Submission
- Parents complete the registration form and submit required documents.
Step 2: Assessment Test
- All applicants from Nursery to Grade 5 must undergo an age-appropriate Assessment Test.
- Subjects may include:
- English
- Mathematics
- Urdu
- General Knowledge / Science (as applicable)
- Only students who qualify will be shortlisted.
Step 3: Student & Parent Interview
- A short interview of the student and parents/guardians is conducted.
- This helps evaluate confidence, communication, academic readiness, and parental involvement.
Step 4: Final Selection
- Admission is granted strictly on:
- Assessment performance
- Interview
- Previous school records (where applicable)
- The school reserves the right to accept or reject any application without justification.
4. Required Documents
Parents must provide the following:
- Two recent passport-size photographs
- Birth Certificate / Form-B
- Parents’/Guardians’ CNIC copies
- Previous school’s report card (if applicable)
- School Leaving Certificate (must be submitted before final admission confirmation)
- Medical or vaccination record (recommended)
5. Fee Policy
- Admission is confirmed only after payment of the Admission Fee and Security Deposit.
- All fees are non-refundable, except the security deposit (conditions apply).
- Monthly fees must be paid before the due date to avoid late charges.
- The fee schedule may be revised annually.
6. Class Placement and Section Allocation
- Placement is based on assessment results and age.
- Section allocation is the sole discretion of the school administration.
- Requests for specific teachers or sections will not be entertained.
7. Transfer Students
- Transfer admissions depend on seat availability.
- All previous academic records must be verified.
- Mid-year transfers may require an additional assessment.
8. Behaviour & Discipline Requirements
- Students must follow the school’s Discipline Policy, Dress Code, and Code of Conduct.
- Bullying, misconduct, cheating, or non-compliance may lead to disciplinary action or cancellation of admission.
9. Medical & Safety Policy
- Parents must inform the school of any medical conditions or allergies.
- Only authorized individuals may pick up students during school hours.
- Emergency medical situations will be handled as per school protocols.
10. Special Needs Policy
- Students with mild learning needs may be considered after evaluation.
- Currently, the school may not accommodate severe learning or physical disabilities due to limited resources.
11. Final Authority
- All admissions are subject to approval by the School Administration & Admissions Committee.
- The committee’s decision is final and binding
